The Miracle Project and The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts present 185 Wilshire: A Love Story —an original musical following the lives of young adults with autism and other disabilities as they navigate finding and falling in love, learning to trust, and establishing independence. Created with a cast of teens and adults with and without autism, this musical tells the universal story about how a journey to find companionship often leads us to find ourselves. 185 Wilshire boldly confronts traditional stereotypes of people on the spectrum aiming to illuminate the very universal and yet unique challenges that those with disabilities face as they search for love, learn to trust, and establish independence.
185 Wilshire: A Love Story is performing June 1 – June 3 in The Wallis’ Lovelace Studio Theater, including a sensory-friendly performance during the Sunday matinee on June 3.
About The Miracle Project: The Miracle Project is a fully inclusive theatre, film, and expressive arts program for children, teens, and adults with autism and all abilities.
